Rushing Wind is a direct daughter out of the late palomino stallion,
The Gold Rush Is On. This is a well-built mare who loves people. She is trained for the trails and has been shown. She has a four beat gait with head shake, and is smooth under saddle.

Windy is the friendliest horse on the ranch. As a trail horse, she is calm and collected with other horses, people and automobiles. She is fine in the lead or in the rear. Windy is the first to meet you at the gate and is always involved with you if you are in her pasture. Bend down to fix the fence and she is there looking over your shoulder, cut the grass and she is walking beside the tractor.

| Windy is a large horse at 16hh and that is why I have taken her as my own to ride when we get time. She is just 4 years old and looks to be a sorrel but when the red winter coat sheds she is a dark chocolate brown that is beautiful until the sun starts bleaching her out. |
| Wendy has been bred to
Dark Spirit's Fnl Edition,
Honey Creek Ranch’s own stallion and we are excited to see what
offspring she will give us next spring.

Wendy is for sale for $1,000,000. Not really, because she isn’t for sale
- not because she is going to be the back bone of the ranch but because we
just love her around here.
